1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of xDocs — the documents you generate, expand, translate, and share through the product. By creating an account or using xDocs, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you generate with xDocs. We claim no rights to your documents beyond what's needed to operate the service (storing, rendering, and — only if you choose to publish — displaying a public share). Public shares pass a content review before they become discoverable.

3. Credits and billing

Generating, expanding, cutting-and-continuing, elevating, translating, and illustrating documents consumes credits. Costs are shown before you confirm an action and are never charged retroactively. PRO subscriptions and credit packs are billed through our payment processor; refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Our moderation pipeline enforces this at both generation time and publish time; a refusal always cites the specific policy category so you can revise and retry.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Your documents remain exportable up to closure.
