Your contact details, the URL of the infringing share, a description of the original copyrighted work, and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury that you're the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. What happens next

Filings land in our moderation queue. We review each request and, where warranted, unpublish or remove the reported share and notify its owner. Repeat, verified infringers may have their sharing privileges revoked.
